Nose : A nose of red fruit, notably raspberry and redcurrant. There are also hints of sweet spices.

Palate : The palate is supple and velvety. Gourmet, it reveals notes of red fruit with a slight jammy flavour.

Serving temperature : To be served around 16/18°C

Ageing Potential : 3 to 4 years.

Wine pairing : A perfect accompaniment to an aperitif or a platter of cold meats, cheeses, etc.
