Palate : The palate has a clean attack and good volume. It reveals notes of blackberry and sweet spice. The finish is long and persistent, with a fine aromatic profile.

Serving temperature : To be served around 16/18°C

Ageing Potential : 7 to 10 years

Wine pairing : A perfect accompaniment to a mature Mezenc beef rib or grilled Iberian pork secreto.
