Notice

Colour : Deep ruby

Nose : Complex nose with notes of undergrowth, blackberries and liquorice.

Palate : As for on the palate, fruit aromas dominate (blackcurrant, sloe). It remains round and full, with a lingering finish of mentholated notes. This is a wine of great splendour.

Serving temperature : To be served at around 14°/15°C.

Ageing Potential : Around 7 to 8 years                

Wine pairing : Red meat, mironton beef, rabbit with chanterelle mushrooms, cheese
