AOC Côtes Chalonnaise - Domaine des Pierres Blanches - Red wine

Nose : A complex nose, with dominant aromas of violet, morello cherry and gingerbread.

Palate : This red wine is elegant and structured, with fine tannins and good acidity. It has hints of vanilla and liquorice as well as aromas of red fruit.

Serving temperature : To be served around 16°-18°

Ageing Potential : You can age it for 10 to 15 years               

Wine pairing : With red meat in sauce, a petit salé or a fondue bourguignonne. But also with filet mignon, strong cheeses or duck confit.
