Notice

Nose : Notes of white fruit and nuts.

Palate : An indulgent wine representing the ideal characteristics of the Chardonnay/Viognier combination. Notes of apricot and a strong character thanks to over 6 months' barrel ageing.

Serving Temperature : Serve at around 10°-12°.

Cellaring Potential : Up to 5 years

Pairings : A delicious meal with veal with morel mushrooms or fish such as turbot, but also with morbier cheese or aubergine caviar.
