IGP Aude - Cigalus Blanc Gerard Bertrand 2018 - White Wine

Biodynamics puts the energy of the soil at the heart of the process. Operations in the vineyard (pruning, ploughing, etc.) and in the cellar are governed by a calendar established according to two main stars: the moon and the sun.

Colour : Golden yellow, bright and clear

Nose : Intense and complex composed of ripe citrus fruits (grapefruit), white peach, honey, dried fruit with toasted notes

Palate : Full and silky, ripe, full-bodied with notes of vanilla, grilled, butter and exotic fruits. Nice length

Serving temperature : Serve at 10 - 12 °C

Ageing potential : 2-3 years                  

Wine Pairing : Serve with fried scallops, fish in sauce or as an aperitif
