This traditional Pastis from Normandy is truly exceptional. It comes exactly from Le Havre. It was created by several passionate specialists.

The result is fragrant and vegetal. Why do you ask? Many flowers and herbs from the Seine Valley have been added to the traditional recipe of aniseed and liquorice.

Nose: a bouquet of fragrant spices, with aniseed and cardamom adding a hint of lemon.

Palate: a succession of spicy notes (star anise, liquorice, lemon balm...).
