This naturally sweet wine is the perfect accompaniment of foie gras and fruits dessert.

 

Colour : Pale yellow color with green reflections

 

Nose : Intense and complex nose on the floral, white and exotic fruits.

 

Palate : Complex and elegant. With aromas of fresh grapes and hints of honey. Aromas of candied orange and dried apricot develop with the age.

 

Serving temperature : 10°C

 

Ageing Potential :  Between 5 and 10 years         

 

Wine pairing : Aperitif, foie gras, fruits dessert or cheese.
