Nose :  On the nose, it’s very fruity (ripe fruits) such as red berries, cherries and plums

Palate : Made with old vines (50 y.-o.), this wine is full-bodied, robust

Serving temperature : 15°C

Ageing Potential : It can be kept for 5 years easily but already good to drink now !   

Wine pairing : Best with red meat with sauce, strong cheese, leg of lamb and game.
