From a cooperative of traditional winemakers in Burgundy, this wine was made with a very special and amazing parcel ("climat" in French) named Montcuchot !
Colour : Gold with green reflections
Nose : Fresh fruits, citrus fruits, peach and quince
Palate : Freshness, fruity and mineral notes with a very elegant finish. Young, these wines are light, supple and fruity. With some time, they evolve into more buttery and briochy aromas and become ampler
Serving temperature : Between 11° and 13°C
Ageing Potential : 2 to 7 years
Wine pairing : You’ll enjoy this wine with fish/seafood : cod with sweet spices, caramelised king prawns, terrine; meat : Charolais veal and Bresse poultry en sauce; cheese : Comté, Beaufort, Emmental, goat cheese... or on its own, as an aperitif !
