AOC Gaillac - Domaine Labastide - Red Wine

Gaillac is the oldest vineyard in the South-West and in France, based on thousand-year-old grape varieties (Brancol and Duras).

 

Nose : Aromatic bouquet typical of the Gaillac, fruity with blond tobacco aromas.

Palate : The palate is frank, with notes of oriental spices. We find aromas of cherry and blackberry.

Serving temperature : To be served around 15-17°C.

Ageing Potential : You can age it for 5 years.             

Wine pairing : Perfect with your white or red meats as well as the most varied cheeses.
