This Cabernet d’Anjou appellation is a gourmet, aromatic rosé which finesse is apparent from the first sniff !

Colour : Beautiful vermilion pink colour

Nose : Flavours include ripe red fruits (strawberries and raspberries)

Palate : The mild sweetness brings a delicious easy going character. Medium sweet wine.

Serving temperature : To be served at 8°C

Ageing Potential :  2 years         

Wine pairing : Best in aperitif, salmon or world dishes as chicken tandori or with desserts (tiramisu).
