Notice

Nose : The nose is very distinctive, toasty and smoky, with hints of lychee.

 

Palate : On the palate, this wine, harvested from sandstone marl, is full-bodied, smooth and rich on the palate, finishing with lingering fruity notes.

 

Serving temperature : Between 8° and 10°C

 

Ageing Potential : 3 to 8 years

 

Wine pairing : Ideal as an aperitif, but will also go well with stuffed poultry or veal in forestry sauce, blue-veined cheeses or crèmes brulées.
