Amazingly beautiful Sauvignon from the “Producteur Récoltant” Mr Guillaume Charpentier. “Tête de cuvée” means the first press of the grapes therefore best quality.

Colour : Of a pale yellow colour

Nose : Citrus fruits aromas and white fruits

Palate : Very refreshing, you'll get a very nice light acidity that matches amazingly with any fish dish

Serving temperature : 11-12°C

Ageing Potential : Up to 4 years

Wine pairing : As good on its own, for the aperitif.
