This farm-made “cidre bouché” has been delighting our customer's palate for a ver long time !
Made by Michel Breton in his high-stemmed orchard in La Ferté Macé which is an hour away from here.
Prepared in the most traditional way using no insecticide nor fungicide, it makes this cider an organic one, only without the certification (and it actually is now going through the process of getting certified organic).
No use of carbon dioxide at all because time (4 months) starts the fermentation itself. It’s all natural.
It’s also a very low yield production which assures you the very best quality.
To be enjoyed at any time !!!
But best with “crepes” or any appley tart !
