Elaborated with a blend of Chardonnay from different parcels in Le Mesnil sur Oger and a blend of different vintages, they've all been selected for their finesse and their elegance.

It delivers complex aromas of white flowers.

Very thin bubbles !

The finale is very long lasting with slight notes of lemon.

A must have that will delight you from the aperitif and all the way to the dessert ! Best with cooked foie gras, fish and sour cream or goose !
