This Rum from Normandy is a great discovery and also the VERY FIRST amber rum 100% made in Normandy !

 

Craft, without any additives and unfiltered, this amber rum made with organic molasses that brings character to it ! Distilled in a craft column still made in FRANCE, then aged in toasted barrels.

It has spicy and woody fragrances. It has exotic flavours.

On the palate, it is powerful with subtle notes of spices and wood and the finish is of apple and pear.

 

Tasting advice : neat or with an ice cube.
