IGP Val de Loire - "Chardonnay Tradition"
Notice

This cuvée got aged on wine yeast (i.e. “lies”) which makes the wine more aromatic, round and slightly gassy.

Colour : Pale yellow

Nose : White fruits, white flowers and banana

Palate : This wine is dry to (almost) medium dry. Light melon aromas. Slightly gassy and mineral, the “finale” is refreshing

Serving temperature : 11-12°C

Ageing Potential : Up to 4 years              

Wine pairing : Beautiful on it's own as an aperitif but also amazing with fish, seafood or poultry.
