Notice

Nose : Subtle floral notes (white flowers, pale rose).
 

Palate : Lively, fresh attack, with moderate to good acidity giving tension. Finish is rather short to medium, pleasant, with fruit and a hint of salinity or aromatic herbs.

Serving Temperature : Serve between 8–10°C.

Aging Potential : Up to 2 years.

Food Pairing:  Aperitif, olives, tapas, charcuterie, fish terrines, summer salads, seafood or grilled fish, shellfish.
