Colour : Beautiful golden colour

Nose : Notes of exotic fruits (pineapple and passion fruit), quince and also candied fruits

Palate : The mouth is very round (unctuous) and refreshing, the finale is forthright

Serving temperature : To be served between 10-12°C

Ageing Potential :  Up to 4 years         

Wine pairing : Ideal partner for the aperitif, foie gras, roasted camembert, exotic fruits pie or with spicy or sweet and sour dishes.
