IGP Calvados - Pinot Gris Les Arpents du Soleil 50cl

From the only vineyard that produces wine in Normandy (in the Calvados department therefore next door for us) ! Sir Samson, the wine-maker of this domaine, practices integrated agriculture (sustainable farming).

Colour : Yellow colour with green reflections

Nose : The nose is fresh, with white fruits aromas and hints of dried white flowers

Palate : The palate is very fresh as well, well balanced with menthol notes at the end

Serving temperature : To be served between 10-12°C

Ageing Potential :  Up to 8 years           

Wine pairing : The ideal partner for the aperitif, fish, seafood and white meats.
