IGP Calvados - Auxerrois Les Arpents du Soleil

From the only vineyard that produces wine in Normandy (in the Calvados department therefore next door to us :D) ! Made by Sir Samson (the passionate winemaker of this domaine), who practices integrated agriculture (sustainable farming), this amazing Auxerrois is beautifully round.

Colour : The robe is a shinny pale yellow

Nose : On the nose, you will smell refreshing flat peach notes with a little honey touch

Palate : On the palate, it's the peach again with a nice minerality, due to the aging process

Serving temperature : To be served between 10-12°C

Ageing Potential :  Up to 10 years

Wine pairing : The ideal partner for the aperitif, with fish, seafood, white meats and best with grilled scallops.
