French from head to toes : barley, malts, alambic (from the Charentes, a west coast French region), place of ageing, blend, know-how... The whole lot !
Blend of double distilled whiskys aged from 3 to 5 years in no less than 6 different barrels (never used French and American oak barrels, Cognac barrels, Bourbon ones and even Burgundy red barrels !).
Neither colored nor cold filtered and absolutely no additives !
Nose : Gourmet - Dark chocolate, dried fruits, cooked apple
Mouth : Rich - Honey, pastry aromas
Finish : Persistent - Caramel, precious wood
