Armagnac (organic) - Uby Oak

Uby is proud to introduce its new creation : an organic Armagnac aged for 3 years altogether !

In three different oak barrels :

- the first one is new, in order to define its identity

- the second is red (ginger) oak to mature its personality

- the third is sessile oak to develop its roundness and its aromas

Colour : Amber

Nose : Vanilla, slightly toasted

Palate : Gourmet, supple and unctuous. Beautiful balance between sweetness and freshness. Vanilla hints ingeniously spicied. The finale is long lasting and delicious

Wine pairing : Neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
