Colour : Pale yellow with gold reflections

 

Nose : On the nose, floral notes such as hawthorn and acacia but also aromas of apricot

Palate : The attack is forthright but balanced between a tender softness and a freshness. Aromas of white fruits that last in a beautiful and complex elegant “finale”

Serving temperature : 8-10°C

 

Ageing Potential : Up to 3 years             

Wine pairing : Best at the aperitif or in dessert
