It's very marked by white fruits.

 

Her colour is pale gold and shiny.

 

On the palate, this Sancerre has white fruit aromas and lots of minerality. What a balance ! One of the most beautiful appellations of the Loire Valley.

 

To be served between 10-12°C, with an ageing potential of 2 years.

 

Perfect as an aperitif but also one of the best wines to pair with seafood or fish.

 

Divine pairing with goat cheese.
