An amazing Appellation from the Languedoc region, this Saint Chinian (AOP) is very easy to drink.

Colour : Purple colour

Nose : On the nose you can smell red and black fruits, also mild spices

Palate : The mouth is supple in this medium to full bodied red. A very fruity wine but also a bit peppery 

Serving temperature : 15°C

Ageing Potential : 2 to 3 years     

Wine pairing : Best with roasted chicken, red meat, cheese and barbecues in the summer.
