AOC Pouilly fumé - Domaine Champeau - White Wine

One of the most famous Sauvignon in France, made by the “Producteur Récoltant” Mr Champeau, this AOP Pouilly Fumé is a wine with a dazzling character and a high minerality. The Champeau vineyard practices integrated agriculture (sustainable farming).

Color : Pale gold robe with green reflections

Nose : Typical of the region, rich and delicate nose of exotic fruits and guava. When agitated, it opens up on notes of blackcurrant buds. Notes of citrus fruits (lemon peel) and flowers (lily of the valley, orange blossom) complexify the whole

Mouth : Smooth, round and the finale is citrucy and mineral

It matches perfectly with seafood (grilled king prawns), crustaceans, fish (ceviche of sea bream), goat cheese and meringue lemon tart.
