Colour : The robe is brillant with little green reflections

Nose : The nose is young and floral. Notes of citrus fruits and flowers (acacia)

Palate : The palate is lively and refreshing, full of grapefruit aromas

Serving temperature : To be served very chilled between 6° and 8°C

Ageing Potential : Up to 3 years               

Wine pairing : Ideal partner for seafood and fish ! Also very nice for the aperitif on its own or enhanced by a dash of Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant) or Crème de Mûre (blackberry)
