Elaborated by our dear wine-makers "producteur récoltant" Sirs Marcel and Benard Remuet, this is an amazing appellation ! The appellation is on the border of the Rhone region, hence why it is the most powerful "cru" of the Beaujolais area. They practice integrated agriculture (sustainable farming).

 

Colour : Beautiful red garnet colour

 

Nose : Blackfruit notes

 

Palate : Powerful and structured

 

Serving temperature : 14°C

 

Cellar keeping : 2 to 8 years  

              

Pairing : Best with red meats, any strong cheese.
