Colour : Lightly coloured

Nose : The nose reveals red fruits flavours

Palate : The palate is light, refreshing and juicy, with redcurrants aromas

Serving temperature : After decanting at least 2 hours, to be served at around 15°C

Ageing Potential : Around 2 to 6 years                

Wine pairing : To be drank at any time with game (deer meat), poultry dishes or cold cuts and pâtés.
