Aged in oak barrels for 6 months, this "Entre-Deux-Mers" gets off the beaten track, the woody taste permits differents food matches than usual with this designation of origin! But don't worry, Main grape Sauvignon in that "cuvée", gives this hint of citrus in your palate, which is very refreshing!

Nose : Complex white peach, mainly citrus

Palate : Woody and floral

Serving temperature : 8-10°C

Ageing Potential : 3 to 5 years         

Wine pairing :  Aperitif, seafood, crustacean, roast chicken, fish and cheese.
