Nose : Nose of fragrant "garrigue" herbs (rosemary, thyme)

Palate : The palate is lively, and peppery, with black fruits and spicy aromas. The tannins give a remarkable density

Serving temperature : To be served around 13/15°C - 1 hour in carafe prior to serve

Ageing Potential : 8 to 10 years
