Colour : Beautiful red carmin colour

 

Nose : On the nose, you can smell floral delicate and complex aromas first such as peony and iris then it goes onto small red fruits such as raspberries and blackcurrants

 

Palate : A lovely savoury finish completed with a touch of spice. Velvety, you'll love its elegance

 

Serving temperature : To be served at 16°C

 

Ageing Potential : Up to 6 years               

 

Wine pairing : Best with red meat, poultry, leg of lamb, cheese or “Andouillette à la Beaujolaise”.
