Notice

With a biodynamic vinification and aged in oak barrels for 14 months, it’s also from an organic vineyard.

It’s just a pure pleasure for your mouth. Made with old vines (80 years old!!!) which means less yield so best quality.

One of our favourites.

Colour : Purple 

Nose : Red fruits aromas with cherry and blackcurrants hints

Palate : Full bodied wine with an explosive and intense aroma of blackcurrant 

Serving temperature : To be served around 14/15°C

Ageing Potential : You can age it for 10 years               

Wine pairing : Perfect with roasted beef, Cassoulet...
