Nose : The nose is a blend of citrus fruits with hints of crushed strawberry

Palate : It is medium-dry and very aromatic. The Cabernet Franc brings the fruitiness (crushed strawberry and other redfruits aromas). Long lasting with a beautiful effervescence,

Serving temperature : To be served between 8-10°C

Ageing Potential : Up to 2 years               

Wine pairing : you’ll love this as an aperitif or with chocolate fondant.
