This Crémant de Loire from the cooperative of wine growers Robert & Marcel, is made the way Champagne is made.

It is dry and complex.

Nose : Very aromatic, you’ll taste notes of flowers and riped apricots

Palate : The Chenin blanc brings the freshness, the Chardonnay the floralness and the Cabernet Franc the fruitiness... This sparking wine is also long lasting, perfect for any celebration ! Confit lemon and grapefruit notes... Very thin bubbles.

Serving temperature : To be served between 8-10°C

Ageing Potential : Up to 2 years               

Wine pairing : You’ll love this as an apéritif or foie gras and fruity desserts.
