Palate : Very nice and fine bubbles ! Dry but unctuous and fruity

 

Serving temperature : To be served between 6-8°C

 

Ageing Potential : 2 to 5 years               

 

Wine pairing : You’ll love this as an apéritif, so great that it doesn't need anything... but amazing with stuffed capon or fruity desserts !
