This farm-made “cidre bouché” has been delighting our customer's palate for a ver long time !

Made by Michel Breton (who is a true Normand despite his name :D) in his high-stemmed orchard in La Ferté Macé which is an hour away from here.

No use of carbon dioxide at all because time (4 months) starts the fermentation itself. It’s all natural.

It’s also a very low yield production which assures you the very best quality.

To be enjoyed at any time !!!

But best with “crepes” or any appley tart !
