Palate : Round but refreshing, with silky tannins, notes of blackberries and spices. The finale is soft and very long lasting
Serving temperature : To be served after a few hours of decantation and around 18°C
Ageing Potential : You can keep this fabulous appellation for 5 to 7 years
Wine pairing : Ideal with red meats, game, kidney "rognons".
