An unequalled gem made by the Drappier family in Urville (10200) !

Special "cuvée" created to pay tribute to the famous Charles de Gaulle.

Elegance, powerness... This refers to both the bottle and the former President !

On a exceptional land/soil run with integrated/sustainable agriculture, this blend of pinot noir and chardonnay hasn't been filtered nor discoloured for more naturalness and savour !

First press of the grapes for a better quality, very little sulfites and even some ageing for 36 months before commercialising. Very thin bubbles.

What else to ask for ?! Oh yes there is something else : a beautiful bottle !

Environmentally friendly PS : it's the first vineyard in the Champagne region that compensates its CO2 emissions !!!

Perfect on its own as an aperitif or with hen stuffed with 'foie gras' or 'mesclun' salad with grilled guinea fowl. Also amazing with Brie de Meaux cheese.
