This Chablis, from one of Burgundy’s outstanding family of independent winemakers, offers fresh and fruity flavours

 

Colour : Yellow with green reflections typical of the region

 

Nose : On the nose, you'll smell white fruits (peach) and citrus fruits (lemon) balanced by the classic Chablis minerality.

 

Palate : Refreshing, it's actually also surprisingly round on the palate ! Delicious cuvée 2016.

 

Serving temperature : Between 10 and 12.5°

 

Ageing Potential : 3 to 5 years                      

 

Wine pairing : Best with any fish or seafood.
