Elaborated by our dear wine-maker (producteur récoltant) Sir Marcel Remuet, this is an everyday wine that everyone loves ! He practices integrated agriculture (sustainable farming). Made from old vines (60 years old) to get the best quality.

 

Colour : Beautiful cherry colour

 

Nose : It’s a very fruity wine, on the nose you can smell strawberries and blackcurrants.

 

Palate :  It’s also very well-balanced and smooth with soft tannins which makes it light and very easy to drink !

 

Serving temperature : To be drank at around 14/15°C if you're pairing it with food or around 13°C as an aperitif.

 

Ageing Potential : This wine is to be kept for 3 to 5 years but is already good to drink now !!!     

            

Wine pairing : Best with delicatessen, any meat or with anything really !
