This organic Riesling by the wine-grower Philippe Schaeffer is remarkably refreshing !

Colour : Pale yellow

 

Nose : The nose is dominated by citrus fruits aromas

 

Palate : The palate is dry but shows lots of elegance and a well-pronounced aromatic side 

 

Serving temperature : Between 8° and 10°C

 

Ageing Potential : 2 to 5 years

 

Wine pairing : Ideal with crustacean, white meats or fish en sauce. It's also beautiful on its own as an aperitif !!!
